At Cereslux, we stand behind the quality and performance of our LED grow lights and horticulture lighting systems. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, conditions, and procedures for warranty claims.

1. Warranty Coverage

Cereslux provides a limited warranty for its products under normal and intended use.

Standard Warranty Period:

  • LED Grow Lights: 3–5 years (depending on product series)
  • Power Supplies & Drivers: 2–3 years
  • Accessories & cables: 1 year

Warranty duration may vary depending on product model or commercial agreement.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • LED diode failure under normal usage
  • Driver or power supply malfunction
  • Structural or assembly defects
  • Performance failure under normal operating conditions

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Improper installation or wiring
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Physical damage (drops, impacts, water damage outside IP rating)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Operation outside recommended environmental conditions
  • Normal wear and tear

📌 Also excluded:

  • Crop loss or agricultural yield results
  • Indirect or consequential damages

4. Performance Disclaimer

While Cereslux LED grow lights are designed to optimize plant growth in indoor and greenhouse environments, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific yield outcomes
  • THC or cannabinoid levels
  • Growth speed or harvest cycles

Results depend on environmental factors such as:

  • Light distance & intensity
  • Temperature & humidity
  • Nutrients & cultivation methods
  • Grower expertise

5. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following:
    • Order number
    • Product model
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the defect
  3. Our technical team will evaluate your case
  4. If approved, we will offer:
    • Replacement parts
    • Repair service
    • Or product replacement

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect:
    👉 Cereslux covers repair or replacement costs (conditions may apply)
  • If damage is due to user error or improper installation:
    👉 Customer is responsible for shipping and repair costs

7. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is:

  • Non-transferable (applies only to original purchaser)
  • Limited to repair or replacement of defective product
  • Does not extend to indirect losses

Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

8. Commercial & Wholesale Orders

For bulk orders, OEM/ODM projects, or distributor agreements, warranty terms may:

  • Be defined in a separate written contract
  • Override standard warranty terms
  • Include customized service agreements

9. Voiding of Warranty

Warranty will be void if:

  • Product is modified without authorization
  • Serial number is removed or altered
  • Product is used outside recommended specifications
  • Damage is caused by improper electrical setup
