At Cereslux, we are committed to delivering high-quality LED grow lights for indoor cultivation, greenhouse, and commercial growing applications. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

📌 Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed LED grow lights
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Photos or videos (for damaged/defective items)
  3. Wait for return authorization (RMA)

⚠️ Returns without approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Conditions

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items:
    Cereslux covers return shipping
  • Customer remorse / non-quality issues:
    Customer is responsible for:
    • Return shipping cost
    • Possible restocking fee (if applicable)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your LED grow light arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of:
    • Packaging
    • Product damage

We will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Or full/partial refund

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (must follow return process)

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your payment provider

9. B2B / Wholesale Orders

For bulk or commercial orders:

  • Refund terms may vary
  • Custom agreements or contracts take precedence

Due to variables in cultivation environments (e.g., temperature, nutrients, grow techniques), Cereslux does not guarantee specific yields, THC levels, or crop outcomes.
